My Store

Hello My Name is Josh and my idea for Baking sourdough started on a whim. I was trying to get a job but just wasn't having any luck. I have experience in the culinary industry in Hotels, high class restaurants and Le cordon Bleu associates degree with 4.0 GPA. I guess that's not what people are looking for nowadays.

   So one of my favorite thing we did in culinary college was Bread baking, But the Downfall was we spent very little time on it. I didn't really learn anything from it.So i started doing a lot of research on artisan sourdough bread to either improve my skill to get a better job baking bread or open my own Artisan Bakery someday. For now i bake at home .It's not easy considering the amount of space and the small oven but i get it done.

 Right now I'm working on getting my name out and working towards farmers markets, small businesses, and smaller orders.

   A few other things about me is that i like gardening,Mushroom foraging , cycling, triathlon, and all types of endurance sports. I really enjoy the pain and trials that go with endurance.i
